Staff Professional Development

Staff professional development is integral to everything we do as a school. Through providing developmental opportunities, we look to improve the quality of education and care offered to our pupils and enable staff to develop professionally and achieve their professional goals.

The courses listed below are, for the most part, open to all members of the teaching community at Millfield. Further details will be circulated shortly before each and expressions of interest need to be directed to Head of Department who will liaise with the Staff Development Coordinator to book places.  We are keen to widen participation beyond Millfield, and so are very happy to welcome external participants to many of these courses (indicated with *). Please contact Tracey Allen at allen.t@millfieldschool.com with any queries.
